Well, I had thought about "do not write a comment", but I have changed my opinion.
The characters are similiar to the Anime. Kon's treatment is a good example of your writing skill. However, it is unlogical for me why they created a 14th division. Vizards is an illegal group of former Shinigamis after all. Why should they create a division for them?
Byakuya always say that Soul Soceiety is not the place where Ichigo and his friend belong to. I can't believe that they would interfere the living humans' lives and force them or other people like them to join their force. In addition, Ishida is a proud Quincy and thinks about Shinigamis as his rivals. He is helping Ichigo all the time, but according to his own interests.
However, except these thoughts the story has started quite interesting. I may read the story on if you decide to continue it. Good luck with writing!
